Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please send us an email at info@venture-usa.com.
We will exchange it for the same item, or suitable alternative if the same item is not available.
We are unable to provide an exchange without having received the faulty item first as we need to be able to inspect it. We will not accept a return of an item that is defective due to accidental damage, deliberate damage, damage caused by external factors, or general wear and tear.
- SHIPPING POLICY
The shipping of Claber products from this site is in the USA ONLY. No international shipping options are currently available from this site.
Once we receive payment and it is cleared by our bank, all orders are generally processed & shipped within 2 – 4 business days.
Shipping price is $10, but it may be changed at any time.
Claber products are packaged in their original packaging.
Once the order has been confirmed, delivery time from our warehouse to your door is between 2-14 business days depending on the location in the USA it is being shipped to.
