Return and Warranty Policy

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will exchange it for the same item, or suitable alternative if the same item is not available.

We are unable to provide an exchange without having received the faulty item first as we need to be able to inspect it. We will not accept a return of an item that is defective due to accidental damage, deliberate damage, caused by external factors, or general wear and tear.

Product warranty is valid for 2 years. In order to receive a replacement item:

1)Client must send a PO number linked to the returned item for any business returns or a receipt linked to the returned item for any residential returns. This will give us a time frame, as the Warranty is valid for 2 years.

2) Client must provide the nature of the defect (I.e. Cracked housing, leaking, etc…) by writing an email to info@venture-usa.com. There may be a series of questions asked to determine if the problem is due to incorrect use or improper care as these may affect the item being covered.

3) All items are to be returned to the following address at the client’s expense. It is required Venture Systems sends all Warranty items back to the Manufacturer for testing/evaluation.
